Often the connections are leaking there and standing water has led to consequential damage with root penetration due to major dirt accumulation.
This roof was already foamed about 15 years ago, but the UV protection was not renewed.
Even after 15 years without maintenance, the roof was still completely in order. Minor signs of weathering in the surface did not lead to any consequential damage. The roof was carefully cleaned and then coated with PURelastik liquid plastic in OEM quality in two layers.
